SHIPPING & HANDLING

 

What shipping methods do you offer?

Our American-made wares ship either from our headquarters or directly from the artisans, whether they’re based in Pennsylvania farm country or a California beach town. Shipping directly from the source helps cut down on Aspen Grange’s carbon footprint and ensures you receive your beautiful items as quickly as possible.

Each of our vendor’s shipping carriers and methods are their choice, and always arrive through either USPS, FedEx or UPS. Since we represent many American manufacturers, if you are purchasing more than one product, they will be shipped independently. We will update you on shipping timing shortly after we receive your order.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We currently only ship within the U.S.

Do you include gift receipts or gift cards with your shipments?

Since we do not personally ship many items ourselves, we do not, but we will happily send a personalized, hand-written note to the gift recipient of your order from our Colorado headquarters. Simply email us after you submit your purchase with your order number and let us know how you’d like the card to read and its destination, and we’ll pop it in the mail posthaste.

 

RETURNS

 

What if I want to return my purchase?

Aspen Grange’s goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Return policies are specific to each item; most come with a full refund (minus shipping and handling costs and occasionally a 15% restocking fee) if you return the item in its original condition. Free shipping is not included on returns, and all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If you’re unhappy, reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our utmost to correct the issue.

How do I care for your products so they stand the test of time?

All of Aspen Grange’s products were carefully made to last for many Christmases to come with proper handling. Each product page lists our advice for ensuring it goes the distance.

Do you have a physical shop I can visit?

Aspen Grange is a 100% online retail store. This allows our customers to experience our Christmassy wonderland whenever they want from the comfort of their own home or locale. Welcome, we’re glad to have you!

How do I become a vendor?

E-mail or call us with photos of your items and your workshop location, and let’s talk! Please note that all Aspen Grange products are made within the United States of America and we do not work with vendors who manufacture their wares outside the U.S.

Our editorial mission is simple: we want to be the most beautiful, inspiring, and downright Christmassy place on the internet, and we believe the spirit of Christmas lives all year long.
